- There is no chance of cross-contamination, our entire facility is wheat-free, barley-free, and rye-free.
- We do not use any products that have been processed in a facility that processes items that contain gluten. If necessary we contact the manufacturer to verify the product is GF.
- We make all of our sauces and baked goods right here in our shop to guarantee there is no chance of cross contamination.
- We are family owned business and use local sustainable products whenever possible.
- Our meals, cakes & breads are always fresh and never frozen.
Store Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
We have a limited menu of entrées cakes & breads available daily for take-out during our regular store hours.
If you have life threatening allergies, please note that we cannot guarantee the absence of any food other than gluten.
**Our facility is used to process all other allergen foods such as peanut, egg, dairy, etc...
