We are now offering catering! If you want a few gluten free meals or an entire gluten free event catered, Chef David Mansco (formally the chef for Caito’s on Manchester) can provide an all or partial gluten free menu. Our pricing is on an a la carte basis. If needed, a package price will be developed to accommodate your requests and budget.

We offer personalized menus that everyone can enjoy. All of the gluten free food is prepared on our premises to assure the highest quality control. There is no chance of cross contamination (cross contact) with any gluten containing foods or kitchen supplies. All of our food is delivered ready to serve unless otherwise specified. If there is anything special you need us to do please don't hesitate to ask.
CATERERS
If you are a caterer and you would like to provide your customers with gluten free meals, we can work with you. We can help you to ensure your gluten free customers can safely eat without fear of any cross contact with any gluten containing food or kitchen supplies. Our personalized approach gives us the ability to design the meals to your specifications. We will work with you and your staff to make sure your customers will have a pleasant experience at your catered event.
