After years of living as a gluten free family we’ve come to realize the need for convenient and tasty meals in a fast paced world. We understand the struggle of spending time looking at all of the ingredients, sending emails and making phone calls to ensure the food we are eating is safe.

Since this is a time consuming activity for us, we wanted to help other families with similar challenges. We are designed to compliment your weekly meal plan.  Most people can stop off at any restaurant to grab a bite.  Now you can have a fresh meal in the refridgerator ready to go minutes after you walk in the door.

Our meals are always prepared fresh and never frozen!

If you have life threatening allergies, please note that we cannot guarantee the absence of any food other than gluten.

**Our facility is used to process all other allergen foods such as peanut, egg, dairy, etc... If you have food sensitivities other than gluten, just let our staff know and we will prepare your order (if possible) without those ingredients. Call or email for any special requests. We’ll try to accommodate your needs.**
