Shipping & Returns
All questions regarding orders picked up at any Shnucks location should be directed to Beck's Gluten Free. Contact us at 636-527-5000 or customerservice@beckgf.com
There is no shipping fee or delivery charge for Schnucks pickup orders.
If a customer receives the wrong item, he/she should contact us within 48 hours so that we can arrange for an exchange.
Beck's Gluten Free will not issue refunds or credits for items lost, stolen, spoiled or damaged after customer pickup.
Fresh bakery products, refrigerated items, are not refundable. All sales are final for these items. If you find your experience is unsatisfactory please let us know and return the unfinished portion and we will allow for an in-store credit.
